This year we are delighted that the International Regulators Forum will be hosted by the Commission for Communications Regulation of Colombia (CRC) on 20-21 October 2025.
Regulators from around the world will share experiences and initiatives on the following themes:
- Artificial intelligence: how is regulatory oversight and enforcement evolving?
- Digital markets and competition regulation to ensure contestable and fair market conditions
- Sustainable investment incentives: regulatory tools to promote long-term digital infrastructure development
- Viable connectivity alternatives for remote areas
- Online protection of children and adolescents
- Content creation, distribution and discoverability across online streaming platforms. Findability of media services in the digital age
- Future digital ecosystems and regulatory considerations: Open Gateway and APIs; data centres; network virtualisation

The IIC Small Nations Regulators Forum will be held on 21 October 2025.
The IIC’s 56th Annual Conference, follows on 22-23 October 2025. Senior industry representatives joined regulators, academics and other stakeholders from the telecoms, media and technology stakeholder communities for two days of discussions on the big questions and issues facing the sector.
